Learn to Make Sourdough Bread

Have a party (5 maximum) learning how to make Sourdough Bread.   Learn about a sourdough starter, how to take care of your starter, how to mix, stretch and fold your dough.  Learn what bulk fermentation is, cold proofing, scoring, inclusions and more.  Come to my house or have it at yours.    This is a 4 hour class.  Leave with your own starter, your own bread dough to bake and a loaf from me!
